Returns and Refund Policy

Returns Eligibility

You may return most standard products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, provided that the items are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Not custom made or made to measure

Custom cut, bespoke, or made to measure products are non returnable and non refundable, unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within a reasonable time after delivery and provide supporting images.

In such cases:

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund
  • We will cover all return shipping costs
  • A prepaid return label or collection will be provided where applicable

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind:

  • You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original delivery charges are non refundable

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days
  • Payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, they must follow the standard returns process.

Bespoke or made to measure orders may not be cancelled once production has started.

We use MDP Express for delivery services.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 working days
  • Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or external disruptions
  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped
